What Edison Likes In Music

A interesting piece of Edison propoganda from around 1924 that contains an "interview" with Edison, where he talks about his musical likes.
Among his list of 25 favorite Diamond Discs, it hardly a surprise to find "I'll Take You Home Again, Kathleen", proported to be his favorite song.
Page 15 has a form to fill out to vote on whose favorites would next be listed. Does anyone know if this was completed?
