The Columbia Q was Columbia's lowest price "standard" cylinder machine. With the complete case, as pictured here, the unit sold for $7.50
Supplied with a small 10" black horn, the Q could play completely through only one 2 minute cylinder. There were never any 4 minute versions of this model. The early model, as seen here, has a nickle plated stamped metal base.
